1. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can contact the International Patient Center by telephoning our Glasgow office on: 0141 945 2220 or Email Revitalize Clinics and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

2. What if I am a non-Turkish speaking patient?

Most of our physicians are bilingual (mostly Turkish and English). Interpreter services qualified in medicine are also available for a number of languages. Furthermore, representatives of International Patient Services Center are fluent in English, Russian, Arabic and Balkan languages. Our aim is to ensure effective communication between you and your care providers. You may contact us 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the best time is during working hours from 08:00 – 18:00, from Monday to Friday.

3. Are family members allowed to accompany during the appointments?

Family members are more than welcome to join you at your initial consultation and throughout your journey with us infact, we actively encorage it. There is a lot of information to take in and it helps if you can discuss all of the options provided to you with someone close before making the final decision to proceed with any kind of surgery.
Our dedicated team of patient service advisors will also be happy to assist both you and any travelling companions with all your travel and accommodation needs at your chosen Turkish destination,

4. Can I seek treatment in your hospitals without a medical appointment?

It is best to schedule appointments prior to your arrival in order to minimize delays and inconvenience. The International Patient Center’s staff is determined to make sure all your needs are met. Our professional staff will assist you in hospital admission and discharges, payment procedures and financial transactions, language interpretation, local tours and excursions, visa procedures, guidance before and after arrival, and international insurances. Our role is to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay.

5. Do I need a referral from a physician?

Referrals are not needed from your physician in order to request an appointment. It is important that you bring along information about your previous medical treatment and your medical records.

6. When scheduling a consultation at your Glasgow office what information must I provide? Which documents must I bring?

Name (as shown on your passport)

Date of birth

Present address

Country of Residence

Past medical history (details of any previous surgery or medical conditions)

Copy of ophthalmologists prescription from recent eye test  (If considering Laser Eye Surgery)

It is also useful, if you have it, to bring along documentation for any prescription drugs you are currently taking

7. What is the cost for a particular surgery or procedure?

A detailed report and full costs of any treatment or surgery will be provided to you following a face-to-face consultation at our Glasgow Clinic.   Medical reports must be reviewed by a physician in order for a treatment plan to be determined specifically for your unique healthcare needs.

8.  I am not a British Citizen – Can your office write a letter for us so we can apply for a Visa?

First, we have to get a doctor to accept your case and give us a treatment plan. As soon as we collect the estimated charges for recommended treatment, we will write a letter indicating that you have paid the estimated charges and that you are scheduled for an appointment. This information is necessary before you can obtain a visa, if a letter is required.

British Citizens can apply and pay for a Turkish visa online at:   www.evisa.gov.tr/en/

The cost of a Turkish visa purchased online is  $20   (American Dollars)

You will not be allowed to enter Turkey or proceed through passport control without a valid visa.
